Location: White Bear Lake, MN (Not a remote position)

Compensation: $100 per car detailed, with additional earnings from commissions and tips.

As a detailer with our prestigious car detailing company, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients' vehicles are meticulously detailed to the highest standards. We are seeking individuals with their own vehicle and ideally their own equipment, who are passionate about car care and customer satisfaction. If you have experience with ceramics and tinting, there are higher commissions available, adding to your earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Detail up to 40-80 cars per month and earn $100 per car.
• Provide exceptional detailing services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Utilize and maintain your own detailing equipment and supplies.
• Travel to customer locations, with mileage reimbursement at $0.73 per mile.
• Option to offer additional services such as tinting and ceramics for higher commissions.

Qualifications:

• Possession of a personal vehicle.
• Ability to provide and use your own detailing equipment
• Experience in car detailing, with added skills in ceramics and tinting preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

The position offers a lucrative income, averaging between $40,000 to $60,000 annually in detailing fees alone, with an additional estimating $9,600+ in tips. We provide $100 for equipment and supplies. In addition to the detailing fees, services such as tinting and ceramics offer the potential for higher commissions, allowing great detailers to exceed typical earnings.
